Water and Irrigation System Planning for Botanical Garden
Atkins developed the planning design of a water supply and landscape irrigation system for the Hua Nan Botanical Park in Guangzhou . The planning included the formation of lakes and reservoirs throughout the park for which a strategic water supply and drainage system was developed to maximise water usage through reuse, that included a reed-bed waste water treatment where the effluent could be used for irrigation of downstream landscape areas. |
