Asset Management Plan for Water Supply System
We prepared an Underground Asset Management Plan (UAMP) for the HKSAR Water Supplies Department. The project covered 5,700km of water mains that included the development of a model for the UAMP with optimised capital and operating costs.
The UAMP recommended the replacement or rehabilitation of some 3,000km of water mains throughout Hong Kong in stages under the water mains replacement and rehabilitation programme to prevent further deterioration of the water supply networks. |
