Threat and Vulnerability Assessment for KCRC
Atkins was commissioned by the KCRC to undertake a Threat & Vulnerability Assessment for its operating rail lines and key assets. The assessment approach was based on the guideline “The Public Transportation System Security and Emergency Preparedness Planning Guide”.
