KCRC Asset Management Review
Following preliminary investigation concerning cracks found on EMU underframe mounted equipment, KCRC appointed Atkins to provide independent review of the adequacy of the KCRC Maintenance and Asset Management System (AMS). The AMS review included examination of the documented AMS using the PAS55 standard as a benchmark. The review was provided to KCRC who subsequently retained Atkins to support implementation of action plans and improvements to the AMS in light of findings and recommendations made.
