CLP Supply Chain Study of Reagents and By-Products for CPPS ¡¥B' Emissions Control Project, Hong Kong
Atkins completed a Study, Supply Chain Study of Reagents and By-Products for the Proposed Emissions Control Project at Castle Peak ¡¥B' Power Station. The objective of the Study was to enable CLP Power to make an informed decision on which reagents to adopt, and in which form, and how the by-product from the FGD process ¡V gypsum may best be put to market. The Study determined the various methods by which the products may be produced and delivered to site and the associated operational and logistical issues. As part of the Study, Atkins advised how the gypsum may best be sold onto the market and provided advice on appropriate mechanisms for securing an outlet for the gypsum, including the potential for selling off-spec gypsum on the market. |
