Improvements to San Tin Interchange
ACL were appointed by Chun Wo Construction & Engineering Co Ltd as the Design Consultant to undertake the detailed design and erection services of 780m 2-lane viaduct and a 170m 4-lane viaduct in this HK$300M Design and Build Contract; providing design of temporary traffic management schemes at the traffic sensitive San Tin Highway and San Shum Road for execution of the road works including night-time road closure for erection of precast viaduct segments.

Improvements to Tung Chung Road
ACL were appointed by CCECC & CRWJ Joint Venture as the Independent Traffic Consultant to design the temporary traffic management schemes in this HK$600M contract for widening and realignment of a 3.6 km section of Tung Chung Road between Lung Tseng Tau and Pak Kung Au and construction of a 2.6 km long single two-lane road between Pak Kung Au and Cheung S ha, involving difficult traffic management and road permit management for executing works in the existing highly constrained single-track carriageway.

Route 8 Sha Tin Heights Tunnel
ACL were appointed by China State – China Railway Joint Venture as the Independent Traffic Consultant to design the temporary traffic management schemes in this HK$1B contract for construction of 1 km of 3-lane twin-bore tunnel underneath Sha Tin Heights, a dual 2-lane at-grade carriageway of about 0.7 km linking the Sha Tin Heights Tunnel and Road T3, and slip roads connecting to Che Kung Miu Road , involving phased traffic and pedestrian diversions and night-time closure of Che Kung Miu Road.

Route 9 Shek Wai Kok to Chai Wan Kok
ACL were appointed by Barbican Construction Ltd as Independent Traffic Consultant to design the temporary traffic management schemes in this HK$500M contract for construction of a dual 2-lane carriageway from Cheung Pei Shan Road to Castle Peak Road , widening and upgrading of Castle Peak Road with a flyover to connect with Tuen Mun Road , involving phased diversion of the heavily trafficked Tsuen Kam Interchange and night-time road closure for segment erection.

Noise Barriers on Fanling Highway
ACL were appointed by Leader – Wai Kee Joint Venture as the Independent Traffic Consultant to design the temporary traffic management schemes in this HK$100M contract for construction noise barriers of 1.4km and 1km long on Fanling Highway near Choi Yuen Estate and Fanling Centre respectively , involving traffic diversions on the heavily trafficked Fanling Highway.

Wan Chai East and North Point Sewerage
ACL were appointed by Leighton – Kumagai Joint Venture as the Independent Traffic Consultant to design the temporary traffic management schemes for this HK$4 00 M contract for construction of 3.7 km trunk sewe rs in Causeway Bay and North Point, involving major traffic and pedestrian diversions on Hennessy Road , Yee Wo Street , Percival Street , Gloucester Road , Electric Road and Java Road.
