Fleming Road Elevated Walkway and Traffic Improvement in Wanchai
ACL were appointed by TD to carry out a review on the proposed Fleming Road Elevated Walkway in absence of the Gyratory System in Wan Chai and propose alternative elevated walkway alignments, substantiated with traffic impact assessment, and propose local traffic improvement measures to alleviate the traffic problems in Wan Chai, involving public consultations with District Council and public transport operators.

 
     

Hong Kong Station Phase 2 Traffic Study
ACL were appointed by MTR C orporation Limited to carry out a traffic impact assessment for Hong Kong Station accounting for latest patronage forecast, reinstatement of Road P2 and surrounding infrastructure and development changes, e.g. CRIII, and station carpark demand forecast and analysis, deriving internal and external station traffic improvement schemes for short term and long term, involving STIC submission.

 
     

Central Reclamation Phase III
ACL were appointed by CEDD as the led consultant to undertake this major planning, feasibility and conceptual engineering study to integrate the proposed 17ha Central Reclamation Phase III with proposals for a prestigious and world-class waterfront, involving multi-modal transport planning, traffic impact assessment, development access, interim scheme designs for phased opening, junction/highway design, and public transport facilities , pedestrian studies, traffic signal design, traffic signs and road markings design.

 
     

DD220 Light Rail Extension and Grade Separation
ACL were appointed by KCRC to carry out the detailed design and construction supervision of a 4.4km extension to the existing Light Rail network in Tin Sh u i Wai, 1.5km of viaducts to provide grade separation at four key road junctions in Tuen Mun and interchange with four West Rail Stations at Tuen Mun, Siu Hong and Tin Sh u i Wai , involving transport modeling , traffic impact assessment, sophisticated LRT/road junction design, roundabout design, road realignment and cycle tack design.
