GIS has been applied under the contract to convert geo-referenced information such as STC25 Manhole Survey data, Hydroworks modeling results and topographic maps, into a spatial database environment. Network analysis and presentation of asset conditions including pipe lines, manhole, slopes and estate information are better performed on a simple desktop GIS system.
