The internationally prestigious National Grand Theatre consists of a 2500-seat theatre, a 2000-seat concert hall and a 1200-seat theatre for plays, Chinese operas and another small experimental theatre.

It looks like a great shell from outside, partially transparent and partially opaque, due to the use of Titanium panels and curtain wall.

Atkins was commissioned to provide professional services for the design of the roof enclosure, including the titanium cladding, high quality curtain and waterproofing to the shell of the building.
